Redmi to unveil an affordable SmartWatch on May 13 in India

Redmi, which is now independent has slowly expanded its portfolio in India with new products and categories. Furthermore, it wants to take a piece of the smart market budget.

On May 13, Redmi Note 10 will come to India as the new launch of Xiaomi after the National Kuncian. Now, the company has teased that it will share the stage with SmartWatch – which will be the first for Redmi. The only thing that can be used from the sub-brand is Redmi Smart Band from the end of last year.

Teasers did not reveal the final name of the smartwatch, but gave us a good idea of ​​what would be visible. Based on rendering, it looks very similar to Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite. Redmi smartwatch can be very good in a version that is replaced with several changes to the Indian variant.

Convertible prices appear to around Rs 6,150, but prices in India are likely to be different.

The teaser page reveals more details about Redmi Watch. It has a large box color display that supports touch input. Because the dominated plastic is built, it will be relatively light. It will also be one of the few that can be worn in this price segment to offer the built-in GPS to track run and exercise without a telephone.

For fitness, Redmi smartwatch can track 11 types of exercises such as walking, running, cricket, cycling, freestyle and even swimming. Needless to say, the whole package will be waterproof. Sleep tracking, sustainable heart rate monitoring, and guided breathing exercises will also be available. In particular, SPO2 tracking seems to be removed.

The company claims that what can be used will have more than 200 face watches available when launched. It is not clear whether this means 200 totally unique designs or a little variation and adjustment.
