HBO Max will soon be sheltering a film based on the book of non-fiction Hit Ovnis: general, pilots and government officials follow the record of Leslie Kean. The project comes from a growing number of public reports and renewed public interest in the subject of UFOs, which are now commonly qualified as “UAP” by the government in statements on recently published videos.

The project comes from HBO Max and New Line, according to the deadline, which reports that viewers can expect a film based on the non-fiction book. The film will revolve around the work of the Leslie Kean investigative journalist during his investigation into the UFO / UAP phenomenon, as well as two others: former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon and the former Pentagon AATIP Head Head Luis Elizondo.

These last two were recently new to the topic of UFO / UAP, with Elizondo, in particular major complaints on UFOs and the alleged knowledge of the government, while teasing that more information remains hidden.

The subject, the work of Kean and the statements of Elizondo and Mellon have made their way into reports from a number of publications, including the New York Times, which published a revolutionary article on the subject of 2017. Fast forward Last August when the Ministry of Defense announced that it had trained a working group devoted to the investigation into “unknown air phenomena”.

As for the next HBO Max movie around the subject, many details are still missing. Under the deadline, the project will be produced by Laura Bickford and Bryce Kass will serve as a screenwriter. The film apparently includes representations of the “events” of UFOs based on the materials found in Kean’s book.
